I had depression too. So used to watch comedy and travel show on tv, be with my baby nephew often. I used to make calls and speak to my friends on any topic and that would make be laugh.

I did crochet work, that took my mind off the things that made me depress. Try pick up your previous hobby or try a new hobby.

I once heard someone said "you're allowed to scream, you're allowed to cry, but do not give up." I guess it's believing that cancer is only going to be a chapter in your life and not the whole story.

Take a morning walk in your neighborhood every morning. U will be like stranger in wonderland. The exercise keep me relax, the people keep me jovial and the conversation keep me insane.

Dr say my 3rd stage NPC with 33 radio & 10 chemo within 4 months last July recovery was a miracle. But I say is God's blessings & wonderland neighborhood help me stronger than ever.
